2020 Hawkeye Classic Entry Form Exhibitors can fill this out and click on the green “submit” button at the top right of the form and it’s sent directly to the show secretary. Copies of horse’s papers and rider’s AQHA card are still required and can be emailed or mailed to addresses provided on the form.
